How to get there?

There are trams and trolley-buses as well as city buses available in Riga. The ticket costs 70 santims.To go from the two main areas where BIR 2011 is held you can use the following transportation:
• Trams number 4 and 5;
• Trolleybus number 9;
• City buses number 3, 22, 30, 32, 35 and 43

To go from Kaļķu iela to Meža iela:
• Get on a tram at 11. Novembra krastmala and get off at Nometņu iela

To go from Meža iela to Kaļķu iela:

• Get on a bus or on a trolley-bus at Daugavgrīvas iela outside the RTU faculty of CS and IT courtyard and get off on the next stop after crossing the bridge

The Conference is organized by Riga Technical University.

It will take place at Riga Technical University, which is located in the heart of Riga’s historical centre. The venue is only in 5 minutes walking distance from Riga Airport shuttle bus stop, central railway station and other important public transportation lines. It is surrounded by many hotels and hostels.
